Photasium is a browser photo editor. After the first load, decode, composite, undo, autosave, and export run on this machine. There is no account, no upload, no paid plan, and no watermark.

Official site: https://photasium.com/. Language: English. Open the editor with no sign-in, then create a blank canvas or open an image. You need a network to load the app the first time. After that, editing does not depend on a server. Canvases stay in that browser and do not follow you to another machine. The site does not accept, store, or convert images. An ID photo overlay is a sizing guide, not official approval.
